Yes, our menus are designed for one person. 

What is the delivery schedule?
Deliveries are made between 7 am and 11 am everyday, from Monday to Sunday.

What happens If the driver arrives to the delivery point and nobody is there to collect the order?
We call the phone number provided by the customer and we follow the instructions received. If no one returns the call within the next 5 minutes, we leave for another delivery. If we have to send the order to a new address, we will charge 3,00€ for the new shipment. This amount is paid upon delivery.

How can I change my delivery address or cancel my order?
To change your delivery address, send us an email to: support@breadfast.pt. You'll receive an answer confirming the swap. Just make sure you let us know by 23H59 the day before the delivery, so we can inform our drivers.

Do you deliver in my area?
Deliveries are made within our delivery zone. Check our map to find out if your street / zip code is included in our range of deliveries.

What should I do if my delivery is late?
If there’s a delay to your expected delivery date due to extreme weather conditions or other logistics issues, you may receive an email from us letting you know about the situation. If your box does arrive late and you are worried about the freshness of your ingredients, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Support Team by emailing us to 
support@breadfast.pt.

What if I am not at home to collect my order?
No worries! We'll drop the box at your doorstep (or whatever location you specify in your 'Delivery Instructions'), so it will be patiently waiting for you when you arrive. No signatures will be needed.

How can I make sure that my order was received?
Once your order has been validated and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the receipt. It will include the product details, the delivery date and time, and the total amount of the purchase.

Can a product be missing from my order?
By default, no items should be missing from your order. However, if we run out of stock, we’re likely to replace the missing item for an equivalent, or for a better quality product.

What payment methods does Breadfast accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfer, as well as cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin). In the future, we will be adding additional forms of payment to streamline our checkout experience and provide customers with a wider range of options.
